Herman Anderson is the name listed on the call....total scam...I owe my 7 year old $5 for the swear jar as I told the guy with very broken english that Microsoft doesn't call out especially not from a phone number that does not say Microsoft and start with a 425 area code...sorry big M is in my back yard and too many friends work for them...
Guy who identified himself as 'Mac' wanted me to get in front of my computer that 'has a virus running on it'. I asked what information he needed me to provide, what company he worked for and he just kept saying 'ma'am i already told you'. He called back 3 times after I hung up on him and I finally answered and said you are rude, this is a scam, do not call me back.
I received a call from a guy from India and he kept saying hello as if he could not hear me saying hello however he did know my name and called it out so I hung up on him called back from a blocked number and it says the number is no good
