I've had 20 + calls today. My wife is in stage 4 breast cancer and needs her rest. Only option was to unplug phone line as it still rings on blocked #. Talked to Century Link and they say there's nothing they can do about it! AZ Attorney General is my next letter.
I strongly suggest everyone in this thread get online and lodge a complaint with the FCC. Here is the link: https://consumercomplaints.fcc.gov/hc/en-us/requests/new You must sign in BUT if we all do this we can get these idiots formally fined until they stop. The FCC doesn't take care of individual complaints so everyone who sees this that gets calls from this company please file a complaint. Once the FCC gets enough complaints they file action against these companies.
The agents are basically appointment setters. They appear to be getting so desperate that they aren't even asking anymore. Just confirming the address, and then telling the 'salesman' that it's a hot lead.
