call my office almost every other day, would not identify their company's name,would not identify the purpose of call. demanded to speak to doctor, even was told they have to talk to manager first. they just hang up, and call next day.
Caller called, was rude to our associate, demanded to speak to the doctor and then hung up. Called to be removed from the call list and the operator said that the caller must have been a salesman. Said they were "Encore" something or other. Extremely annoying and RUDE.
