call my office almost every other day, would not identify their company's name,would not identify the purpose of call. demanded to speak to doctor, even was told they have to talk to manager first. they just hang up, and call next day.
Received a call from 972-325-0402. They asked for the company owner by name. The representative spoke so fast and jumbled that I could not understand the company name. I informed the caller that the owner was not, nor would be available and might I help them. The called asked if I was the owner's wife. I said, no, and proceeded to let them know my title. The caller then said they would call back at another time to reach the owner. I informed the caller they would not reach the owner other than through me and that if they didn't wish to leave a message then they were to remove our number from any and all calling lists. The caller hung up without responding.
Caller asked for the owner, I asked what it was regarding, he said it had something to do with "so & so" and then went on to say, "that's all I can tell you." - Noisy background, extremely rude & very unprofessional. Hung up on me when I wouldn't give him the owner's number.
