Jimmy Asworth posing as law enforcement for Municipal Resource Services, threatening to file charges on my son if I did not Moneygram $1300. for a bad debt within 2 hours. He had no address and would not send verification of the debt. I will be filing a report with local law enforcement and the district attorneys office fraud div.
Called today 8/12/2015 at 9AM. Basically said in voicemail to contact him about some trouble down in Georgia. Did not recognize the number and will not call the number.
Hell yes this is real. My husband just got issued with two arrest warrants and arrested 30 minutes ago. I really wish i would have listened when they called. Now i have to try to get him a lawyer which i sure as hell cant afford!
These people called multiple family members threatening I would be charged with 2 felony warrants and go to jail for 120 days with no bond. They wanted me to money gram 1100 last night or the state would bring the charges against me. They would not give me a address or provide a debt validation letter. Is this real ? They stated they are not debt collectors they are investigators.
