called my home number and called back- asked for donation

Calling almost daily and never a response when I say "Hello".  These people need to be CUT OFF by the FCC.  Harrassment is against the law in America and if they are doing this world wide they should have their ability to use this phone line they should be CUT OFF IMMEDIATELY.  

They call everyday and want donations

Same here.  Caller ID show's "Unavailable".  I answered & said Hello they said nothing.
