It is the US post office. The woman was really nice. I am one that doesn't like these cold calls as well but the person was polite and not pushy. Just wanted to tell me about some direct mailing for my business. She was quick and to the point and sent me information to my e-mail regarding the service. Was off the phone in just a few minutes.
woman that called id'd herself as linda. i had to open a case with the post office for a customer on a tracking number that was not being updated. This doesn't seem legit, but because i didn't answer the phone when it was calling I won't know until they call back. when i tried calling back a message said the number was not available.
