I receive this same message too, i called them back they place me on hold which, If you are taken me to court dont call me just do it.......Amie Oneal leaving message, REALLY where is the case number , that was never left, That BS!!!!!
A very broken message saying papers will be served to my home or job and I would need id to sign for them and to call their lawyer directly. Did not use my name or reference any account number or client seeking collection.

Absolutely no mention of who their client was or what the "formal complaint" may be. The number has been added to my "blocked" list.
