I receive this same message too, i called them back they place me on hold which, If you are taken me to court dont call me just do it.......Amie Oneal leaving message, REALLY where is the case number , that was never left, That BS!!!!!
got a call from 'amy' from accufile, stating she was sending forms and,,, at that point i interupeted her and the recording just kept repeating itself...
i called the number back and the woman-who would not give her name- stated it was T&H financial and then hung up on me. I again called back, demanded to speak to amy at which time i was told there was no amy. the same woman confirmed that the company was T&H Financial and were looking for Rex Haney.
