Calls constantly. These people drive us crazy. We are steadily dealing with phone calls that take us from our real business. Please find a real job people. I hear the government is hiring......
Ive recieved several calls from these people. I finally called the number back and spoke to the operator. I asked to be put on the do not call list. Hopefully it works!
This morning I received a call from TransTech Merchant Group (Michael). First he confirmed that I was me, the owner, and then proceeded to inform me that someone would be coming to my address at 1 p.m. When I told him that I did not make this appointment, he told me it was a no obligation visit and that they were just wanting to come and "make sure" I was being charged a fair rate for my business and tried to confirm the appointment again. I told him that that I did not make the appointment, that they cannot make appointments for me and then he asked when would be a good time. I told him that in no way was I interested in this service and that no one should come. As I told him I wanted to be removed from their list, he hung up on me.
When I came home this afternoon, I saw on my caller id that they had called again.
There is another site saying to contact the fcc. It is not. I just called. You need to contact the FTC and only after you have evidence. so the guy who wrote he worked for the company or the company that bought the service and had money pulled from his bank illegally should file a complaint. The number to the FTC given to me by the FCC is 877-382-4357. If you only talk to them but don't have evidence no need filing.
