I doubt they will stop calling you just by hanging up, Try this when they say at 2;00 tommorow a rep will be by to make sure you are not over charged tell them no thank you. When they persist tell them oh Ok. Let them send someone and then run them off in person. If they are going to waiste you time waiste some of their time. After the reps get enough bad leads they will quit using the srevice. It's kinda like firing the telemarketer.
They called and wanted to confirm our address and asked for the owners name- then said they wanted to send a rep out to check for overages on our business credit cards. I am wondering if they do show up if we call the police if they can arrest them for soliciting or at least issue them a ticket as we never requested them to come here and we know that it is a scam. I hate that they are out there scamming other unsuspecting people. It would be nice if they got arrested and shut down for good. Credit fraud is a felony.
I guess everyone here is right but i think the next time a person shows up in any of these cases. You need to pull a loaded gun out and fire a warning shot. Then watch as the person runs to there car and get the information of the car and call the Police. Then you will be able to take that person to court and take the company to court as well.
OR
you can take some time like i did and really look at what they have to offer and then i was able to save 50% in my credit card processing. Since everyone just like me had that really bad phone calls before hand. I understand where everyone is coming from so, keep that gun handy or you can save money your choice.
