Man you sound like me. I was getting calls from this number twice a day everyday except Sundays. So I decided to call them back. " I called and got a person, I said" Can I speak to the owner or co-owner in charge there please?". They said what is this regarding, I said again "Can I speak to the owner or co-owner in charge there please?". I did this for about 4 times and he finally said" How can I route your call" I said , you can route it up yo [***]" Quit calling me you low life pieces of Sh*t.
Unsolicited telemarketing phone call from company alleged to be Transtech. Would not identify corporate address and said to check the website. The representative continually stated that this was not a sales call, and that he was only interested in provided a service which reviews my checking and charge accounts for over billing. When asked to submit a written proposal, the representative stated that "we do not do that, but we can have someone come to your house."
OBVIOUS TELEMARKETING SCAM LOOKING TO FIND BANK AND CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AS WELL AS CHARGE YOU FOR THE SERVICE OF BEING SCAMMED.
Do this. When they ask for the owner, just say "one moment" and put the call on hold. They will hold for about 3 minutes. You just got them where they live. If everyone did that, life would be good.
After many calls from this number, I actually answered this time. They called claiming to be from Mastercard. They wanted to verify our address and they said they would send a representative out at 4:00 tomorrow to "go over our transactions". I called the number back to tell them to take my company off their list and that there was not going to be a meeting at 4:00 tomorrow. When they answered, it appeared to be a pretty large operation and I pressed 0 for the operator. The woman who answered was very polite and said she would make note to cancel the 4:00 meeting and would take us off their list. WE SHALL SEE!
First of all, these guys are legit. Secondly, if you don't want to talk to them just say "not interested" and hang up. But if you don't want to be called again request that they put you on their Do Not Call List. That's all you have to do. Lastly, how hard is that?
