Maybe it has to do with sometimes people have things that come up beyond their control.... Medical Situations, Loss of Jobs, etc... Not everyone is trying to scam businesses... But, having to deal with unprofessional collection agencies, who threaten, harass, and belittle people does not get the debt paid faster.... That's the problem with companys.... They have no heart anymore

Or maybe these debt collectors are simply crooks.  Sort of like the guy "unknown" who plagiarized one of my posts last year.
