You're a friggin idiot. Tom2 was just adding what he knew which was what his caller ID showed. You're even more of a lick knob for using the GD word....cussing just shows you're too stupid to use intelligent language...you have to cuss you simple-minded [***].
Someone from this number called my office twice...once at 5:50 then at 5:51 and we do NOT have an account with this jackleg company...and never will now that I know what kind of losers they hire.
People are beyond sick and tired of getting harrassed at work, at home & on their cell phones. Unwanted calls, spammers and scammers are everywhere we turn..that's why there is a need for websites such as this so we can know when asshokes like you call.
Have a nice evening.
Southwest Dispatch is a central station alarm monitoring company that a lot of small/medium security and fire alarm companies contract with to monitor their systems, since it's less expensive than setting up your own monitoring station. Chances are, if you have any kind of security system from someone other than one of the big name vendors, they contract with a third party monitoring facility.
Normally when they call, they say the name of the security company they are monitoring for, not actually Southwest Dispatch.

I've been getting calls from this number as well, very early in the morning. They are calling my cell phone. The 800 number they left was 800-683-6773. I don't have any accounts with an alarm company. They have called a few times. Not sure what's up with that.
One was for Charlotte Russe, at "such and such" address, and the other call didn't leave a business name, but an address. They say they are BCI Technologies.
These idiots called from 972-437-6773 tonight at around 9:30pm. We called them back suspecting a scam to discover whether or not we had a security system. I simply stated that we do not have a automatic security system, but we are all well trained with our semi-auto security systems if they wanted to come by. I suppose, after reading this post, that may have been an overreaction to what appears to be poor record keeping or a giant dialing finger.
It's a 3rd party dispatcher for the alarm company I use here in Dallas. My mom had set off the alarm accidentally and so the company called me to let me know that the alarm went off and what time.
