This random phone call called me , i was freaked out because the voice was really creepy 817-317-1747

I got a call last night, I answered because I assumed it was our security company but on the other end of the line was just heavy breathing.

It is the Office of Southwest Dispatch-Monitoring Station of the Southwest Security System Company with address at: P.O. Box 68, Pottsboro, Texas 75076 with State License  # B4531.
They must be trying to sell their security services via telephone.
The irony of it is that Medical Alert Crew were involved and knocked on our apartment's door in the dawn while we were still on bed checking if everything is okay after like 40 or 45 minutes I received a call from 1-972-437-6773.
There may be something wrong with the apartments alarm system.

This number called me twice back to back and said nothing before 5am in the morning.  Juse breathing like a prank call. Not a good way to wake up while on vacation

I got a call from this number at 1:06 A.M.
