Probably spoofed name and number for scam artists. They're getting more clever by using numbers that appear local with plausible names. No message left.

This isn't even close to a local number for me.  Called twice on a company owned number and left no message.  Now blocked.

called landline at 1118. no message left, hung up after 4 rings, caller id reads hill Ashley. texas number calling florida..

Call came in at 10:09 AM today 7/26/17 & no message was left.

robocall to my cell phone from some woman with an accent telling me about some federal program which does something....I hang up at that point
