I got the same caller ID and claiming they are the Vehicle processing department and try to discuss with me about my car.
I realize its a scam for selling the extended warranty and just told them I am not interested and bye.
This is a company trying to sell you extended warranties for your vehicle. In my case it was for a 2010 Kia. Hung up on me in the middle of a sentence.

i use to work there they are locate in costa rica tell them you know they are in costa rica and that tell victor to take your number out of the list they wll scare about you know who they are if you want i can tell more about them
