I picked up the phone, said nothing for a few seconds and "it" waited. Then I mumbled something into the receiver and it hung up on me.
We are a business and I cannot refrain from answering the phone. Considering our location, we have a great deal of people who move here and retain their numbers from previous states.
I called it back, just to see if I could wrangle someone on the line, but as was stated by a previous poster, it is a recorded message giving you the option to press a number to be placed on their DNC list.
They [***] suck and have no life. i wish the FBI would do something about these people and those scumbags calling from india with a "10,000$ federal grant" [***] [***].
It's funny, I received the pre-recorded, fake, call from Patricia yesterday where the recording sounds all excited, asks you how you are and then pauses to let you respond before going into it's pre-recorded sales pitch. However, today, when "Patricia" called back... with the same excitement, same how are you doing today question, my response was "Oh, it's that recorded [***] again." However, I guess she was actually following up as it suddenly said "What? Wait, I'm a real person." Then, I guess because I was laughing too much, they simply hung up on me. Maybe that'll get me off their list.
