I believe that you are the one that is currently showing a lack of proper grammar skills and thus appear uneducated. You should have said "...AN uneducated fool (not A)." Also, while the proper name is the Affordable Care Act (not the Affordable HEALTHcare Act) it is often referred to as "Obamacare." As long as a person knows that they mean the same, it should not matter what a person calls it. Most people, especially those in the health industry, are frustrated with it and thus refer to it as Obamacare. Depending on the person I am talking to about it, I alternate between the two names. "Obamacare," obviously being the nickname. For example, I have a longer first name and go by a nickname. However, a person is not incorrect by calling me by my full first name or by calling me by my nickname.
