It appears to be a spoofed number....no message.

So sick of this number calling have no idea who they are

They say they are with the Fraternal Order of Police Assoc. a bogus charity.

Another scam call.  A dime a dozen nowadays. Supposedly Fraternal Order of Police Association.  Pretending to be a charity.

Got the call.  Didn't answer, no message.  Caller ID showed Out of Area. TxFOP used to reveal themselves on caller ID.
