Yes, appears they're not a professional organization when using marketing / telemarketing as a means to attract investors. Yes, they have a company http://www.bbb.org/dallas/business-reviews/oi ... ano-tx-90237385 a website http://www.northamericandrillingcorp.com/ and http://whois.domaintools.com/northamericandrillingcorp.com
However, you seem to be purposely avoiding the underlying problem: The company seems to be "illegally" making cold calls to encourage investments. Although there are denials that the company itself is insolvent or illegal, their telemarketing practice definitely seems to be in violation.
North American Drilling Corp drills oil and gas wells. If the well is drilled and hits commercial oil, a dry hole, or is a marginal producer, that is the risk involved when investing in oil and gas well drilling ventures. If you cannot afford to take that risk then you should never invest in drilling ventures since the money is spent drilling the wells and a return can only come from monthly revenue checks with a commercial well. I have lost money and made money in oil and gas, but I do get monthly revenue checks from this company, they have always treated me fairly and return my calls promptly when I need an update. If the well was drilled and completed then the company did what it was supposed to do, regardless of the outcome of the well. Commercial well or dry hole, you either accept the risk for the potential reward and accept whatever the outcome may be, or you don't invest in oil and gas drilling deals at all, go to Vegas and try your luck there...

But dont ever let your decisions carry over into to nonsense like I chose to do, it makes everyone look bad. Happy Investing.I apologize for losing my professional conduct on my first post and this is just my professional conduct. North American Drilling Corporation is licensed with Texas Rail Road Commission, They own there on facilities and have been in business for a good period. These three facts should be a point of security for you when choosing the oil company you want to invest in. Everyone has to live with there choices if you can handle the risk like the project then go with that Oil Company by your own choosing without opinions from others. Because in the end its your money you earned it you decide what to do with it and you live with the choices you made. If you pull a loser hey it was by your own doing you chose the project it did not turn out it happens If you chose a winner guess what you chose the right project and it turned out good for you. That is how goes in investing in Oil its not for the weak.
