Absolutely ... except from your banks, local businesses updating their customers, companies obtaining your express permission to make sales calls, commercial fundraisers for dubious and fake charities, commercial fundraisers for political groups, surveyors for a legitimate purpose, surveyors running a political "push poll", surveyors hiding a sales purpose, debt collectors chasing your money, debt collectors chasing a stranger's money, and municipal emergency alert systems.
Oh, and there's one last and very broad exception for the thousands of fraud-peddling companies which simply do not care about legal compliance and thus carpet-bomb their mysterious "leads" with illegal canned messages and calls abandoned too early. Other than all those outliers, no company should ever call again, not more than five or ten or twenty or fifty times a week, anyhow.

The client which benefits from a hired telemarketer's illegal calls can be held liable in a TCPA claim. A so-called "survey" is not an exemption covered by the Telemarketing Sales Rule or no-call lists when the end game is a sales purpose. Thanks for helping connect the dots in claims that your sales call targets did not have a reasonable expectation of those cold calls.

I wanted to ask if you cold please give me an update on the Boothe 2A? There have been no updates to the website and I have not received a single email update from NADC regarding the status?? Seems to me that this company is a hoax and are taking peoples money!!!
I don't know what you and Mr.Craig problems are that's between Mr. Craig and NADC. I would like to know when the investment on the Brazelton 2A will pay off. I sent $20000 in June of 2013 and around Sept. of 2013 I was told we had hit a very good well and that I needed to send the completion money ASAP $7000. The money was sent and we waited and waited for something to happen. I called many times to get reports on how the well was doing, most of what I got was excuse after excuse. To this date no one will answer the phone, I leave a message sometimes they call back and I get some excuse that it will only be a few more weeks untill completion. It's been 6 months now how long does it take to finish this well, you'd think with oil over a over $100 you'd like to finish and start cashing in. Is any one else having this problem let me know or better yet let NADC know I can't seem to get a straight anwser out of any one.
I'm in the Boothe 2A also and have received several updates. Just call them! All equipment is in place and they have been producing (non-commercially) from the Caddo formation, the rig is moving onto the well to set a plug and move up to the next zone in the Strawn formation where two other wells 1200' away are producing from. Just call them.....
