Our business got a call today saying he was "Jim" from centrylink. He's not trying to sell anything but our contract was almost up and wanted to get us a better monthly rate buy bundling. I said thanks but were ok and hung up. He called BACK and asked for the owner (by name), I put him on the phone. The owner said didn't you just talk to Lori? He said yes but she hung up on me. The owner asked if he worked for centrylink and "Jim" said no but they hired us.... blabla bla, The boss said he was going to hang up too... the guy yells well we'll just keep calling back! All my instincts told me it was a scam or phishing for something, I called centrylink and they told me there was no record of them calling us and she felt they were not "on the up and up".
Called said they are with Century Link, and that they needed to make us aware of updates they are doing. Told her repeatedly we don't do anything over the phone they need to send us information in the mail. She said they don't send anything snail mail it was just information to update our service. Tried to hear her out but sounded to much like a scam and told her again to send us information in writing or we will look for it on our next bill. Hung up on her then she called right back but didn't leave a message.

Called and said they were from Century Link and they had a deal for us to bundle our services. I told the lady we weren't interested and hung up. She called right back and my employee told her the same thing. Called AGAIN and said she would call back to talk to the owner, told her I was the owner and I WASNT INTERESTED and the scammer hung up on me.
Call from "Dorey" claiming that she is a representative of Century Link and that we need to contact her back to get the rate plan before it expires. SCAM
