They have 2 phone numbers:

800-913-6097  and 800-786-8521

One is automated and is 24 hrs. a day to make payments. The other is there during business hours to speak to a rep. & set up an acct., etc.

I don't think it is a scam. For one inmates can only have so many #'s on their call list at a time.

Plus, is your father is in prison in NY...this makes sense since VAC is the one who has the bid for all of NY inmate calling system.

got a call from this number and it was my son was so happy i got it now i need to set up an account can someone give me info pls
