you can use a credit card. it only takes a min or two to set up and once it is set up the funds are available to be used by inmate right away. all jails and prisions use system like this so that people are able to call cell phones from jail. otherwise they would only be able to call land line the tradtional collect call way and most people dont have land lines anymore so this was the system that they came up with to allow inmates to be able to contact family and loved ones.

enter a 4 dig pin number u will remember
on next page fill out personal info
next page fill out credit card info and click submit
the next time the person calls u
the system will tell u who is calling
then it will give u option to press a number to hear cost of call or press different number to accept the call.
press the number it says to accept the call
then u will hear warning about not using 3way calling then say hello and the person trying to reach u will be on other end to talk to u
