My hubby is the one they leave messages for. This is about check fraud. Like we have told them before send me something in the mail about it. I really do think it's hilarious that they tell you someone will be at your house to arrest you if you don't cooperate. Still waiting.
Had this happen about 2 years ago. They called my husbands sis in law and she in turn called his mother. They said check fraud allegation in R$;:\(?:$d county. They pronounced county name wrong. My husband called and said he was from sherrif dept and demanded to speak to a supervisor. She hung up on him! Just got another call almost 2 years later. I let her give me all the info she could and I said "oh this is the place that we kinda proved to be bogus" she said this is the first time we have called. Whatevet...I hung up. Its a scam. Got a caller from Capital arbitration group. While talking to "Jessie" he started screaming. Called me a very vulgar name. I informed him that I was an attorney, then he told me to go F myself. Not sure who trained this employee. I think it's hilarious. While laughing at him I think he was having a Nervous breakdown.
I have been receiving calls from these morons. I know exactly what it is and what they are doing. Please follow these steps.....
never answer their calls. Do not return their calls. Contact Attorney General for state of New York, specifically Buffalo. When you launch your complaint, please advise them that they are violating FDCPA regulations, privacy laws, and federal laws. Advise them that you believe this company is being funded by DOUG MACKINNON from buffalo new york. I used to work for this scum bag and know exactly what he is doing. He will privately fund offices, but place them under a fictitious name. He will find some moron that will let him put a business license under their own personal name through whichever state they reside in which is usually in florida, specifically in orlando, and make them believe they are a business owner. He will then collect back on his investment from the hard working minions that are making these calls. After about 6-9 months, he will pull all financial backing forcing that company to shut down and then he will re-surface about a month later with a new loser to pull the same scam on under another new name. I have lodged my complaint against this company with the Attorney General from buffalo. As soon as I mentioned Doug Mackinnons name to them, he put me on hold and the Attorney Generals assistant asked me to forward over whatever info I had on him and his business associates. Info has been sent. if you go to ripoffreport.com...this is what the Attorney General has posted.....

I recieve a phone call for the past week from this company captial Arbitrations...do not know anything about them. My ex-husband's sister put me down as next of kin and so she has the loan or whatever with them. They called on 9/26/14 stating my infomation will be removed within 72 hours. Since then I had a call on 9/30/14 and 10/1/14 (today). I spoke with representive and asking why they are calling me. I was told looking for person in question which i already mentioned I have nothing to do with this person and demand my name and number be removed again. This company replied"they didn't know I need my name removed but will take care of it today. I spoke with higher supervisor and went round and round with her. because I had already had this discussion last friday regarding I have nothing to do this person and haven't seen in 15-17 years. The company apologize and promised not to worry and will be taking care of. I asked for the oweners name..she was slow giving it out. His name is Adam Conner or Connor. I asked for website and she hung up! I am upset because no one called back to verify this was truly removed and they keep harrassing me! I hate this happened and no way would i do this to anyone!
I am notifify my phone service to block this number and if they keep calling I will notify the police! Its a horrible incident!
