Angela Crouch- claiming to be from our local hospital (Im in Cali, the call is from Tx) to see if the hospital can pay future invoices with a credit card. We haven't done work for them in a few years now.
Just got call from this number wanting to give me a credit card to pay invoices from the Alamo group who I've never heard of nor have as a customer buyer beware looks like a scam
Rec'd calll from this number: 1) Told receptionist she was from Bank of America & wanted to talk to someone in Accounts Receivable. Caller ID said Bank of America. 2) Told me she was calling on behalf of the local County government and was asking about if we accept Credit Cards, etc. Noted that since I did not know who she was - I could not give her any other information. She stated that we would then be contacted by letter from the County.
Angela Crouch, said she is with Bank of America and wants my business to accept county government payments by credit card. Has left voice messages for weeks but when I called back I got voice mail. Honestly not sure if this is a real representitive authorized by a local agency or some sort of scam.
