Rec'd calll from this number: 1) Told receptionist she was from Bank of America & wanted to talk to someone in Accounts Receivable. Caller ID said Bank of America. 2) Told me she was calling on behalf of the local County government and was asking about if we accept Credit Cards, etc. Noted that since I did not know who she was - I could not give her any other information. She stated that we would then be contacted by letter from the County.
She claimed she was from B of A and what to know if we once by a different name and wanted to know what the new name was for. I asked her what she needed it for she said it is for county billing they want to switch to credit cards instead of checks. I asked her for what she said she couldn't tell me that So I told her I would not tell her anything if she couldn't answer my question. She siad ok bye.
