I got the same crap too.  They just pull the public records same as all the mortgage insurance companies.

Received postcard saying can receive $20.00 gift card to my favorite grocery store just by going online to etigiftcard.com or calling 972-647-4732. Entered url and was directed to providers of scam information. Never was able to access website on the postcard. Have not tried to call phone number
