I have received calls from this number on several occasions, today is the first time they left a message. They claimed to be from Toyota, recalling a certain part on I believe the Tundra. I should call their toll free number to have the part fixed.
Don't have a Toyota and have no time for these scammers
Call a dealer directly in your area and make and evening or Saturday appointment. It only took about an hour.
Some things can't be fixed on the fly and you need to bring your car in.
You expect an oil change to be done on the street or in your driveway?
Um...what planet do you live on?
Until then don't let anyone ride in your front passenger seat.
I received call from this number on my work mobile phone. I did not recognize the number thus I did not pick up. Looked up number and found it's spam. After reading comments, I id pick up before, and yes, it was about car recall, but I just hang up.

I receive at least three calls a week from this number, same woman's voice on the phone. She won't give me any information about why she's calling unless she confirms that she's calling the right number. So we go around in circles. Yes I may own the cars they are calling about, but they have all been serviced for their relevant recalls by a local dealer. I don't need a company pulling old recalls, making cold calls, and wasting my time. They will not remove my number from their automatic calling list, either, unless I tell them they are calling the right person. Caller ID = Impartial Svcs
I Googled Impartial Services and found a site called Auto Education 101. There's a blog post about that company and says "Impartial Services Group (ISG), now Stericycle, is a large third party organization that assists other companies with services including recalls, retrieval, returns, and audit solutions."
