We were incentivized to leave a positive review for them but they didn't have to twist our arm. For a processing company, they're definitely one of the more honest ones we've encountered. And in this day and age, that goes a long ways with an old fashioned guy such as myself.

Matt Perry stated that our merchant (the guys that run our credit cards) went bankrupt and that we were paying blah blah per month reimbursement for the machines blah blah. I think that if the services went belly up, then our credit card machines wouldn't be working anymore. I think it's a scam trying to get our $$$.
I appreciate the others posting their experience. They called and called and we eventually Google searched them and came across these posts. They actually did a lot more than help us with our processing. They combed through our bank statements and eliminated over $500 of random monthly debits from other processing company's, payroll companies, etc., etc.. Gotta love the Internet!
