I have been receiving texts from (972) 676-9645 and same here, they act like they know me, say things like "can i stop by?" etc. BUT, THE WEIRD PART IS....tthey have found a name in my contacts and they put that same name at the beginning of every text they send. I'm am blocking.
Got a text along with +17867526425 saying they found me on a nanny site about a job. wouldnt call me or text back with actual info regarding a job. just kept asking me for email address. almost like harassment. BEWARE! NOT A LEGIT #.
Just got a text from this number. It says, "+12523753896 - User #26620: Your Gmail profile has been compromised. Reply to this message with VERIFY when you are able to reactivate your profile."
I'm guessing this is just a bot collecting active numbers.
