this person claims her name is amber marshall. left 17 voicemails saying she was going to serve me at my home and at my job and that it was at the Hardin County Courthouse. I called them ( Hardin Co) Nothing. SCAM is all I can say
I got a call from this number that says there has been 2 counts of fraud against my SS# and checking account, and that if
I do not call back with the case number to clear this up, that summons papers will be served on me.
my bank has not notified me of any such activities, nor has credit card companies about such activities.
I did not call them back. I believe they want to get personal banking information to take money and run.
I just got the exact same message that I had two counts of fraud attached to my name and SSN. Wouldn't someone from here tell me that and not someone from another state. Is this a scam?
