This is my area code so I answered the first time. She started her spiel about saving me money on my energy bill. I broke in and asked her : "Since I am on the Do Not Call List this call is illegal, If your willing to do that what else is your company doing that is against the law and why would I want to have dealings with company that is willing to break the law? There was a moment of silence before she hung up. I have since blocked the number using the Android app "Truecaller"
This operation has now outdone themselves, calling a SIXTH time in a single day. Their latest interruption came a couple of minutes before 7 PM. The number is about to be blocked.

Well, that's the purpose of this website - for whomever knows to post information about who the caller is. So far, only one person has said who it might be - some kind of energy company telemarketer. That's the best guess anyone has here. If you get more info, you could post it for everyone. The only way to stop it is to block the number on your phone.
