Who called from 9727370984

Got a call from them last night; one ring and they hung up.

Got another call just now. I declined the call, and they left a voice mail. In the voice mail, a robotic sounding voice says, "Hello, this is Catherine. How are you?" That's it. I think a robocall got my voice mail and thought it got a live person.

Called at 9:30 and hung up. No voice mail.

Called repeatedly today; I sent to voicemail and they called right back immediately without leaving message. I blocked the number.

I do not answer unknown numbers.  Someone called this morning at 9:18 AM and my answering machine picked it up and they did not leave a message.  The caller ID said Allen, TX.

What I want to know how are they getting these numbers to call? I am on a do not call list. Both for my cell phone and land line. Geez
