This number belongs to Diversified Consultants. They have started to call me lately but never leave a message.  I called the number and found out who they were.  I did a search/Googled for the company name and this is what I came up with.

"Diversified Consultants, Inc. Memberships and Certifications. We are one of the nation's leading Telecom-specific collection agency specializing in the recovery of Wireless, Landline, Cable, Satellite and Security debts."

If you believe you are being harassed by them, google the company name and there is a 'listing' for a company that will help you with the harassment.
