Googled it. It says attorney Lois J Duran and references TXU and suit regarding unsecured creditors. Some young female (Kelsie?) called and wanted me to 'change my plan to a better plan.' She knew amount of my last two electric bills. (I did not think she really had my best interests at heart.) She said she could change my plan with verbal authorization. I told her I did not want her to change my plan. She said she understood and hung up.
This number has called me in the 3 p.m. hour every day this week. He/she does not leave a voicemail. I am a TXU customer, and that's the company the previous review lists. My bills are not in arrears.
