I just switched my electric company from TXU yesterday, due to cheaper rates at a competitor. I was speaking with TXU yesterday about my reason for switching. The rep offered to look over my plan for better options. I declined and stated that i would look at them at another time. I was with TXU for 10 years. So, the lady that called wanted to talk to me about coming back to TXU and the plans that would better suite me.
