REAL process server do NOT wan you! That is a typical care tactic. If they call again, DEMAND WRITTEN proof of the debt that is MAILED (post office) to you. Accept nothing else. It must give their company name & address, original creditor, dates, amounts, etc. Expect excuses & illegal threats but no paperwork.
Suggestion - mention this call to your employer in case they try to contact your company.
Same thing happen to me but they called my mom saying everything that you all have posted. Its very weird and officials need to get to the bottom of this. How they get your name and where you live is really strange to me. Needs to be put to a stop.
My ex husbands mother called me, she got a message saying that capital delivery system had a delivery for my new husband... How does that even happen?? My husband should have no connection to my ex mother in laws phone number!!!
Well "Bill", if you worked for a legitimate debt collection agency you wouldn't be here whining because people are on to the fact that you're a Scammer! Life sucks when you can't mail out those required notices of validation doesn't it "Bill"?
Here's a tip for you "Bill". Straighten up your act & try to get a job with an outfit that has title to valid debts. Then you wouldn't have to waste all your days trying to scam people on the 'phone. Wouldn't that be a nice change "Bill"? Of course, you'll have to pass a background check to work at a legitimate company... Ooops! That's not going to happen is it "Bill"?
Skeff Ett Liv!
