It must give their company name & address, original creditor, dates, amounts, etc. Expect excuses & illegal threats but no paperwork.

That's EXACTLY what I received...they even somehow found & called my sister (how they even got her contact information in itself since I would never ever give that out is beyond me as well!) and left a similar message specifically for me to her??! So harassing & scary; what ended up happening in your situation?
I received a voice message from a Michael from Capital Delivery Services stating hat he has attempted to go to my residence ( which is not my address I do not even live in that state anymore I am over 3,000 miles away from my old address. ) He said they will attempted to go to that same address ( which was today) to deliver the legal document for me to sign and for me to make myself available. If not, they will go to my employer ( they stated it but it was a previous work place) I am not even working now I am caring for my elderly mother back home). So I guess they will make that long drive for nothing. By the way, he never return my call and the number he gave me was not a working number . Wow! I was only able to call back because it was a missed call and the number was 972-793-8316. My aunt works with NSA I almost called her to vent. If they keep let me sister follow up she is an attorney and she does not play. :)
