Same here.  Called and the person he was looking for was out of the office, so he hung-up.  How unprofessional and rude!

I answered politely and a guy trying his darnest to say the owners name stumbled over it completely.  When I said "Hes not in." The stuttering guy just hung up.  Ha ... sorry - but you are not getting past THIS gate keeper.  Bah Bye!

I answered the phone. He did not give his name. All he asked was for the owner. Which he only knew his first name. When I asked who it was...hung up. Caller ID said: JB WB Oil. Receive way too many of these type of calls.
