Received a call asking for the company by name. I said he does not work in this office and asked if I could help. He said NO! He needed to talk to owner about an upcoming project and he again said the owners name. Then he got flustered and said he was going to talk to his secretary and repeated the number he dialed. I explained to him the owner he was asking for did own the company was not have an active role. I told him if he needed a quote I could direct him to someone else. He got upset and said NO MA'AM and hung up.
