Who called from 9728103811

Must be a new phone number to spam from. Didn't answer. Did find a reference to this same number as an Indian cell phone number.

Didn't answer.  Went to voice mail.  Long pause then a beep and good bye.  When you call the number, rings then goes straight to voice mail.

I have got at least one phone call per day from this number. I have said "Hello" 4 or 5 times during a period of 1 minute and then they hang up, or on one occasion, a male voice said, Goodbye." This started 4 or 5 days ago.

This is a company that sells investment opportunities in oil exploration.
They call me twice a day even though I have asked them not to.

I spoke to a guy today that agreed to remove my number but we will see.

I get the same response from answering the call.  A beep and then goodbye.  When you call the number the number isn't taking any more messages
