I received 2 calls,40 minutes apart. I didn't answer the phone, because it displaced as unknown name. Even though I registered in 'do not call' database. Nothing can stop those spammers. Some time they check to see the phone # and location info, and what time will you be home?
I just got a phone call from a person who asked to speak to my husband, and even said his my husbands first name. As soon as I said, "No he's not here, can I take a message," he immediately hung up without even a good-bye. I was ticked. I called the number from my caller ID and got a voice mail. I was hoping to leave a message then but couldn't even do that. It said his voice mail was full. So annoying!
I have been getting one or two calls a day for the last week. Finally a person was there and tried to get me to invest in oil wells. I just mumbled through his presentation and then he asked if he could send me a packet via Fedx and call me the next day at noon. I said sure. Next day Fedx delivered package at 12:08 and at 12;15 guy calls and wants to go over investment packet. I let him give his pitch and when he said I would be investing as a general partner so I could get all the write offs. I said what about the liability for being a general partner in an oil well company. He said don't worry about that everybody's got insurance no one will ever come back to you. I asked if they did fracking. He said sure we do it all. I said I don't think I want to have unlimited liability in an operation that I am not running or now anything about. He said "well if that's how you feel don't invest". I said I do so I won't. GET IT? GOT IT? GOOOOD?
Our business received a call from this number today & I asked to take a message the man just sat there never responded so I hung up. Then he called right back and said yes you can take a message then he said F- yourself! I have tried repeatedly to call this number back. I keep getting a voice mail that is full I can't leave a message. He better hope that he doesn't call me back! I really wish I knew the name of the business but I don't & can't find anything on it.
