Just got off the phone with a rude Credit One Bank customer service rep. I don't do biz with any of them. Don't own a Dell. Then this number pops up. Watch out.
They are legit. I just got a message from that number, and they discussed a problem that I recently had with a Dell laptop issue. They knew all the right details, and that it had been resolved, and were only calling to apologize for the problems I had before it was resolved. So, yeah, maybe they are a separate tech support outfit named Expert Solutions that is contracted to Dell, but they are not scammers. Mind you, that doesn't mean that I'm happy with the way the whole issue was handled by Dell.
If you knew who they were, and were happy with their services, why did you search for their phone number on a caller complaints site?
Unfortunately,, there have been a LOT of complaints about scammers calling Dell computer owners, giving the owners some info about repairs, then accessing the computer online .... with nasty results.
How about giving us more info about this "Expert Solutions" group? That name is too common to be used to get definitive results on Google. Tell us their address, website, etc. Otherwise, your happy camper post is rather suspicious.
Just had an odd thing happen from this number. They call my brother every day and won't tell me why. Instead they hang up on me. Just got another call, I hung up first this time. Followed immediately by two calls from this number. One was a loud tone, the other sounded like a car horn. Oh, we don't have a Dell computer, never have. I am very confused.
