Just got off the phone with a rude Credit One Bank customer service rep. I don't do biz with any of them. Don't own a Dell. Then this number pops up. Watch out.

Left a voicemail, didn't ask for anyone by name or say that the message was for anyone. They said "this is a call regarding an issue we recently received information about..." It was a Texas number.
Don't live in Texas, don't know anyone in Texas and I've never been to Texas. So. Try again?
And issue with what?! I haven't reported any issues with anyone and I don't own any Dell products (seeing as how that's what most of these complaints seem to be linked to).
Even collection companies state clearly who they're looking for and I'm not expecting any calls from those types either.
They called and the woman said she wa from Eversource and wanted to conduct a short survey. Just seems strange after the fact and calling them back gets you a generic voice recording
They only recently been calling me today and
I am not with Dell.
In Canada; Expert Solutions can be a branch off Bell... like Expert Tech.
I normally never answer... especially when it comes from another country. Why would someone from Texas be calling???
