I receive a call from this number after I have had my vehicle serviced at the dealership. The rep. asks a few questions regarding my level of satisfaction. Questions such as: Was I kept informed of what service was to be done and why? Was I given the cost of the service? Was I satisfied with the entire procedure? Would I recommend the dealership?, etc.
972-819-1591 is a consumer satisfation survey line. They report performance of services you the consumer have gotten. So be honest when you get one of these calls. Bad service does not deserve a good report, even if it makes you sound like a [***]!
Yes, I have gotten calls from this number and decided to answer it finally, after they called a few times. It was in fact someone from a customer satisfaction survey line about the service at a car dealership. I was very honest, which the representative greatly appreciated! :)
