this number has called three or four times over the past few days. We rarely get any calls at all. I bought a ford car just a week ago. Maybe it is "Ford Motor" or something. "CFM" is on CallerID.
I got another call from this number again right after having even more warranty work done on my P.O.S 2007 Chevrolet Silverado Classic at Stingray Chevrolet. I really get irritated by all these "customer satisfaction" surveys that expect me to answer 40 questions about my "expeirience" at a business. In my opinion a company that provides a good service and product should have more confidence in themselves and not have to have an outside company verify if the customer is happy or not. Whatever happened to the standard follow up call from an actual manager or employee of a business to ask if you are satisfied ? I'm not going to waste my time answering these stupid surveys anymore.
Had my car serviced recently - and sure enough I am getting calls from this company - But I do not care who they are or what they want, my cell phone is for family, friends and on occasion--for the dealer to contact me so I can pick up my car if I am out and about.
* I will not be giving out my cell phone number anytime soon.
