This letter is responsive to your Interstate Robo-calls received from your office. The number used by your office to commit Cyber Harassment, (972) 848-1126, is an “unlisted” or “untraceable” number. I had to investigate your unlisted number, in order to find the name of your criminal enterprise. Therefore, Grande Communication Network, and ONVOY, Inc., 10300 6th Avenue, N., Plymouth, MN 55441, are a criminal business, in willful violation to Texas Penal Code, Section 33.07(a)(1)(2), as well as 33,07 (b)(1)(3) Interstate Cyber -Harassment calls.
Furthermore, if Grande Communication Network and ONVOY, Inc. had a legitimate business to discuss with me, why don’t you call me from your office number (877) 238-6891? or your office in Lewisville, TX?. My residence and cellular number are on the DO NOT CALL LIST maintained by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
Further, the “unlisted” number (972) 848-1126, is in criminal violation of 15 USC 1692d 5 -Harassment or Abuse. In addition, both criminals are in violation of 15 USC 1692c (a) (c) -Ceasing Communication, including violations to Wire Fraud-18 USC 1343, the latter violation relates to your scheme to DEFRAUD consumers via Interstate telephone or wire. Refer to a one-page Telemarketer Spam, introduced as EXHIBIT A
In addition, (972) 848-1126 may be in violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) of 2016; Title 47 USC 227(b)1)(B)- Calls to Residential Lines. Further, your criminal enterprise may be in violation of Title 47 USC 227 (c)(5) - Telemarketing Calls to “Do Not Call List.” I will let legal counsel to decide the best approach in this case.
Hereby, I am telling Grande Communications Network, and its conspirator, ONVOY, Inc., 10300 6th Avenue, N., Plymouth, MN 55441, to cease and desist from dialing my residence or cellular numbers again. Grande Communications Network is knowingly, willfully and illegally obtaining my private residential telephone number. I am giving both a fair warning. One more time you call me to harass me at home or my cellular, using robo calls, I am prepared to file a lawsuit against your criminal enterprise.

CONCLUSION
By intruding in the privacy of my residence, without a legitimate business; Grande Communications Network and ONVOY, Inc., 10300 6th Avenue, N., Plymouth, MN 55441, are liable to me trebled. Your harassment is aggravated because my wife and I suffer of severe arthritis. By knowingly dialing our number and willfully hanging up, you are causing unnecessary pain and suffering when we try to reach the telephone, and Grande Communications Network already hung-up.
Grande Communications Network illegally obtained my home telephone number. My number is unlisted. The only way Grande Communications Network could have obtained my unlisted / private number was through ONVOY, Inc., 10300 6th Avenue, N., Plymouth, MN 55441, using illegal means.
Both Grande Communications Network and ONVOY, Inc., 10300 6th Avenue, N., Plymouth, MN 55441, offices listed on this letter, are hereby on notice. Stop harassing me over the telephone. Your office MUST Cease and Desist from calling my home or cellular telephones again.
It does not matter if you change to other “unlisted” or “untraceable” numbers. The moment you switch to different numbers, I will file a second lawsuit against your offices.

Both of those named companies are common carriers, so I doubt that lawsuit will go anywhere. He should be suing the customer making the calls, assuming that the number isn't being spoofed.
Reply to Fernando: Apparently, your threats didn't impress them (972-848-1126) and today, 8-13-2016 @ 1:42 p.m. I received a call from this number. I finally bought a blocker and rarely turn the ringer of my phone on. I have received 10+ calls a day from hang-ups and callers that don't leave messages. I'm also retired and resent very much the interruptions every day. I'm about ready to discontinue having a home land-line. A phone used to be an asset and now it's a constant liability. If enough people discontinue having land-lines, maybe the phone companys will do something about the abuse of their equipment.
Msg. to Fernando: Maybe you can dig around and find out who this number belongs to (972-737-8107) or 8108. These people have called me 51 times since the first week of June. Every day, sometimes twice a day and on Saturdays. I would think it borders on harassment. They never leave a message.
