These bunch of bozos called me twice, yesterday and today. I ALWAYS have a healthy apprehension to any credit card companies. Just a few questions to them, like do you have my contract available (yes they did, could they fax it to me? No they couldn't, could you show me the EXACT date where I have been overbilled on my account, no they couldn't but they COULD do that if I faxed them my monthly bank statement - ha! Fat chance!) Ask a few questions of these crooks and you won't get taken for a ride!
Susan said I was non-complient on my credit card and was charged for July and August. She said they would delete the charges, but needed a copy of the statements to do that. I don't think so!! She has called before, but it has been several months.
Just received a call from 972-852-0804 asking for the person who handles the Merchant Account. Agent claimed I was overbilled for Merchant Charges and she was working to get them refunded. I started asking questions, then told her 1) She wasn't my Merchant Provider, 2) Should already have any info she needed to refund and said charges, 3) I has no notice from my provider of over billing (whom she did not know the identity of; hence, how would she presume to know of over charges) She called me a "dumb [***]" and told me to call my company and ask why I didn't get the letter... I already knew why... SCAM!!!!!!!!!
